Quick fixes
Calls don't ring when the app is closed
Allow notifications for Nimra. On Android, also turn off battery optimisation for Nimra in your phone's settings, so the system doesn't put it to sleep.
I don't hear the other person, or they don't hear me
Check that Nimra has microphone permission, and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
A text arrived locked
Incoming texts are paid from your credit (prices). When your credit is empty, texts are kept locked (up to 10) and unlock as soon as you add credit.
A website won't accept my Nimra number
