Nimra is an app for prepaid phone lines. Each line is its own phone number for calls, incoming texts and voicemail, over Wi-Fi or mobile data. No SIM card and no contract.
A US or Canadian number with a local area code, from licensed carrier partners. It works over the internet, which is why this kind of number is also called a virtual or VoIP number. How a line without a SIM works.

Yes. Set quiet hours on any line and calls in that window go to voicemail. You can also block numbers and send numbers that aren't in your contacts to voicemail.

Nimra is prepaid. You add credit in the app, the line is paid from it every 30 days and calls are charged by the minute. Voicemail is free, credit never expires and there is no contract. Every price is on the pricing page.
No. You add prepaid credit that never expires. Lines renew from it every 30 days, or lapse if you stop.
Nimra doesn't place emergency calls over the internet. If you dial 911 or 112, Nimra hands the call to your phone's own dialer so it goes through your mobile carrier.
Yes. The whole app works in English and Arabic, the website has an Arabic version, and voicemail is transcribed in both.
In the app, open Settings, then Account & legal, then Delete account. It removes your numbers, texts, calls, voicemails and credit. More on deleting your data.
